If you are a location independent worker, entrepreneur, designer, freelancer, tech head, artist, photographer, writer, thinker, blogger, programmer or ideas person, and you are stuck at home, staring at four walls, suffering from writer’s block or just wanting to work in a group environment – then why don’t you come on down to our Gold Coast Jelly?
Jelly is a casual working event. It’s taken place in over a hundred cities where people have come together (in a person’s home, a coffee shop, or an office) to work for the day. We provide chairs, desks, wifi, and interesting people to talk to, collaborate with, and bounce ideas off.
You bring a laptop (or whatever you need to get your work done) and a friendly disposition.
There are a number of cafes across the street.
To find out more about Jelly have a look at: http://workatjelly.com
We also have a page on the wiki here: http://wiki.workatjelly.com/w/page/12752925/JellyOnGoldCoast
There’s a regular one already in Brisbane at http://meetup.com/BrisJelly
Feel free to come and go any time you like, or stay all day. As long as a TechSpace member is in attendance, the Jelly remains open, often until 6pm.
